Keeping track of what you have consumed each day along with your daily weight and medications taken can be a useful tool. Below is a sample journal page you can print-out and pin up to use as a reminder of what you have eaten or still need to eat & drink each day. Use this page as a check list to monitor your daily intake, keep track of your experiences or just to journal how your feeling. You may even decide to make pin-up page of your own!
